Use this channel to confidentially or anonymously report financial or accounting irregularities, potential violations of Cencora's Code of Conduct, or any actions that conflict with internal regulations, legal requirements, corporate values, or our standards of conduct.
How to file a complaint
There are several options for filing your complaint, including:

- If you wish to file a report through EthicsPoint, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days. You will also receive a 12-digit PIN that you can use to update the report or add new information or documentation.
In-person interview
- You can address this request to the Regulatory Compliance Officer in Spain (Compliance.officer@alliance-healthcare.es) or expressly request it in the online report in the space provided to detail the nature of your complaint.
You should be aware that, regardless of the means of communication you choose, all reports submitted through this channel will be diligently investigated by the company. In any case, you should be aware that you will be summoned to this meeting within a maximum of 7 days of submitting the request. All investigations will be conducted within a maximum of three months, and you will receive a response to your complaint as appropriate in each case.
Helpful context to report
To properly verify your report, it will be helpful if you can answer the following questions in your report:
- Who committed the offense?
- What happened?
- Where did the violation take place?
- When did the violation take place?
- How can the infringement be proven?
We protect you from retaliation during the investigation period and for up to two years after you make any report, provided the report is made in good faith. Reports containing false or misleading information or information obtained illegally are not permitted and will not be considered bona fide. The Company may penalize fraudulent or bad-faith use of the Corporate Reporting Channel.
In certain cases, due to the seriousness of the reported incidents, the company may be required to report certain facts to a national or international judicial or administrative authority. The company is not required to inform you in advance of such reporting.
