Tobias Uthmann is a Vice President and the Regional Managing Director, UK and DACH. Based in South Normanton, England, Tobias leads Alloga’s UK and DACH operations, focusing on driving growth in one of the company’s critical markets. His role encompasses overseeing tailored logistics solutions for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, ensuring operational excellence, and strengthening partnerships across the UK and Europe.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in operations and supply chain management, Tobias has built a distinguished career in the logistics and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Alloga UK, he served as Managing Director of Arvato’s UK business unit, where he successfully enhanced operational efficiency by implementing transformative automation and operational management systems. His expertise spans healthcare, consumer products, and tech industries, making him a versatile leader in the logistics sector.

Tobias has held various senior roles at Arvato, including Director of Corporate Information Management and Director of Operations, where he developed expertise in change management, SAP warehouse management, and supply chain optimization. Earlier in his career, Tobias gained valuable experience at VEKA AG, solidifying his foundation in sales and operations. His international experience across Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia has equipped him with a global perspective and the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.

In addition to his professional achievements, Tobias holds a Master of International Business from Macquarie University in Australia and has completed studies at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS).
