Pedro Pereira is a Vice President and Regional Managing Director, Portugal, Spain, and Italy. In this role, Pedro oversees strategic leadership and operational management for Portugal, Spain, and Italy, driving growth, integration and innovation across the Iberian region. 

Pedro brings extensive international experience in pharmaceutical distribution, having successfully led operations across 15 European countries. His expertise spans both pre-wholesale and wholesale segments, with a proven track record of driving specialty distribution development across the region. Pedro’s career includes strategic assignments in the United States, Brazil, and Canada, equipping him with a broad perspective on global healthcare markets. This international exposure has enabled him to navigate diverse regulatory environments, build high-performing cross-border teams, and execute growth strategies in complex markets.

Notable achievements in Pedro’s career include spearheading the European Union Operational Excellence program, which optimized end-to-end supply chain processes and distribution center networks, delivering over 300 million euros in return on investment. He also led the EU Pre-Wholesale division, expanding a network of distribution centers across 15 countries, and managed the EU Covid-19 task force.
