Fredrik Jansson is the managing director of Alloga Netherlands, a vital part of Cencora’s global healthcare solutions network. He oversees strategic leadership and operational management for the organization’s 3PL services in the region. Based in the Netherlands, Fredrik is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that Alloga Netherlands continues to deliver innovative and reliable supply chain solutions tailored to the needs of pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers.

Fredrik brings over two decades of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and business leadership. Before joining Alloga, he held senior roles at GXO Logistics and UPS Healthcare, where he successfully led operations across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Netherlands and France. His expertise spans strategic planning, operational optimization, and cross-functional team leadership, with a proven track record of improving company performance and exceeding growth and service targets.

Throughout his career, Fredrik has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer-centric innovation. He has led large-scale transformation projects, integrated complex acquisitions, and developed high-performing teams across multiple countries. His leadership style is defined by a focus on collaboration, strategic vision, and delivering measurable results for clients.

Fredrik holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering and management from Luleå University of Technology and has completed executive leadership training at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
