Specialty and cold-chain logisitics:  Our French network encompasses approximately 185,000 square meters of warehouse space, with capacity for 181,000+ pallets at +15°C to +25°C, over 8,200 pallets at +2°C to +8°C, more than 3,200 pallets for controlled drugs, and 7,250 pallets for hazardous products. Additional capabilities include -20°C and -70°C storage, supporting a wide range of temperature-sensitive and specialty products.

Order fulfillment: We offer full order-to-cash service, including order management, pick and pack, secondary packaging, customer service, and returns management, as well as good manufacturing practice (GMP) secondary repacking and quality assurance (QA) release, enabling manufacturers to reduce operational burden while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Value-added services: We manage hospital tenders and markets and offer Exploitant services, ensuring manufacturers comply with all local French regulations and helping to simplify a complex French market.

Regulatory and quality support: Our operations are licensed and certified to support compliant pharmaceutical distribution, including GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, and TAPA B. Additional credentials include health, safety, and environment (HSE), EcoVadis, Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) “very good” for Orléans, International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402 reporting, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification for import, export, and bonded warehousing, and MA license holder “exploitant” responsibility.

Continuous investment in capacity and automation: Our France network continues to expand to meet changing market needs, including a warehouse extension in Orléans completed in 2025 and automation planned for launch in 2026.
