Heike Roeder is Vice President, Quality Assurance for Cencora’s 3PL businesses. In this role, Heike leads the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across Cencora’s 3PL operations. She oversees quality strategy, regulatory oversight, and digital transformation initiatives to support the company’s mission of creating healthier futures. Heike is dedicated to fostering a sustainable quality culture driven by patient-centricity, ensuring that quality excellence positively impacts patient outcomes worldwide.

Heike brings over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with expertise in quality assurance, digital transformation, and organizational development. Before joining Cencora, Heike held senior leadership positions at Deloitte, Bayer, and UCB, where she successfully led large-scale quality transformations and implemented innovative digital solutions. At Bayer, Heike spearheaded the transition from a document-based to a data-driven Quality Management System, integrating advanced technologies to enhance compliance and efficiency. While at Deloitte, she introduced the “Quality 4.0” solutions, enabling life sciences organizations to adopt intelligent quality systems and develop cutting-edge digital assets.

A recognized thought leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Heike serves as a board member for Pharma 4.0 at the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). She is an advocate for advancing digital transformation in quality management and frequently shares her expertise at industry events.

Heike earned a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Düsseldorf. She also completed certification programs in Data Sciences for Health at Goethe Business School. Additionally, she is certified in Lean Sigma and systemic change management, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and leadership.
