Matt Glucksmann
SVP and President, Health Systems
Matt Glucksmann is Senior Vice President and President, Health Systems for Cencora, Inc. As a member of the enterprise leadership team, he leads distribution services and solutions for hospitals, health systems, and government customers, with a mandate to bring the voice of one of healthcare's most strategically important customer segments directly into enterprise decision making.
In this role he leads pharmaceutical wholesale and specialty distribution, pharmaceutical packaging, and management, advisory and technology-enabled services across pharmacy, infusion, cell and gene and supply chain.
Matt has spent more than 15 years building deep expertise in the health systems segment, progressing through a series of leadership roles across sales, business development, strategic accounts, and solutions at Cencora and its predecessor organization, AmerisourceBergen. This depth of experience reflects both the strategic importance of health systems to Cencora’s growth and the customer and market understanding he has built over his tenure.
Prior to joining Cencora, Matt held leadership roles at Philips Healthcare and McKesson, giving him a broad perspective on the healthcare industry from multiple vantage points.
Matt completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advanced Professional Sales from Northern Illinois University.
