In 2023, Cencora, formerly known as AmerisourceBergen, scored 100 on the Disability Equality Index. This benchmarking tool is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities, which evaluates the inclusivity of workplaces based on their disability policies and practices.

Driving diversity in our culture and everything we do is a business priority

Having diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences at every level of our company is what makes us stronger and more dynamic. It empowers our empathy and fuels our innovation. 
 
Representation is only a small part of our diversity, equity, and inclusion journey. We're strengthening our global culture through team member participation in our Global Inclusion learning journey and advance their own inclusive behaviors, as well as hold leaders accountable for modeling cultural competency.

Our employee resource groups celebrate the shared backgrounds and experiences that our team members have in common and give everyone a reason to belong. Measuring our progress

Along our DEI journey, it’s important for us to keep track of where we started, where we are now, and where we’re going. Not only is that going to help us achieve our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals, but it’s also necessary if we’re going to be fully transparent as we hold ourselves accountable for the results we’re driving.
