  • Home care assistance: Maximize patients' convenience with access to a range of home care assistance services, including nursing care, home appointments, patient training, and more.
  • Medication adherence programs: Help patients achieve the optimum outcomes for their health by building personalized medication adherence programs that include patient training and counseling.

Features and services

We offer home care support for patients where travel is not feasible. Our field nurses offer the service, care, and treatment that a patient would receive in a clinic or physician’s office, all in the comfort of the patient’s own home.
Nursing services are integrated into patient support programs to offer high-quality injection/infusion care paired with consistent outcome monitoring and communication to the patient’s health care team.
Our dedicated nurses are assigned to patients and provide training and education sessions so that patients can self-inject safely in the comfort of their own homes and maintain medication adherence.
We supply and deliver medical equipment for several different regions, including medical nutrition care, wound care, diabetes care, and continence care. With logistics expertise and international presence, we provide on-time, accurate deliveries every step of the way.
We work closely with care teams across Canada to help answer patient questions, support their comfort, and explain how their medications work. We also make every effort to maximize accessibility and convenience by completing lab testing and blood work at the same site of care, whenever possible.
