Quality management and continuous improvement
Our quality team works closely with our Operations team to deliver continuous improvements by reviewing and improving process efficiency, and implementing preventative actions throughout our business.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is cutting-edge. The system allows us to continually monitor and improve our performance across all processes. Our purpose is to assure that our QMS is managed in an Electronic QMS (eQMS).
Cencora also utilities Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPAs), with the intention of producing quality improvement in healthcare standards. Management of CAPAs is standardized at the European level, and CAPAs are entered locally into a Country Quality Database and managed at the country level.
