Third-party logistics leadership

Jerry Schiller is the Vice President of Operations for ICS, a Cencora company. In this role, Jerry oversees all ICS distribution facilities, including those located in Brooks, Kentucky; Columbus, Ohio; and Reno, Nevada. He is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across these key locations, driving efficiency, and delivering high-quality service to customers.

With more than 24 years of experience in the logistics and distribution industry, Jerry has successfully led numerous operations and transformation initiatives, as well as financial planning efforts. He possesses expert knowledge in logistics, warehouse automation implementation, systems integration, site design and setup, facility relocation, and facility startup. Jerry combines Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies to implement process improvements and exceed organizational goals.

Jerry has been with Cencora for over 20 years, serving in various leadership roles within Distribution Operations, particularly focusing on Specialty Pharma Wholesale and Specialty Pharma 3PL distribution. He has extensive experience in launching Specialty Pharma therapies and treatments, including Cell and Gene Therapy, Oncolytics, Plasma, Vaccines, Ophthalmology, and DEA-scheduled drugs.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Upper Iowa University and is a proud U.S. Military veteran. His leadership is grounded in discipline, collaboration, and a strong commitment to operational success, all of which contribute to the continued growth and success of ICS within Cencora.
