Jeremy Ehlers serves as Vice President of Information Technology for UK Wholesale and 3PL (Alloga Europe and ICS), business units of Cencora. In this role, Jeremy oversees IT operations and strategy across multiple markets, ensuring the seamless integration of technology to support critical business functions and drive operational excellence. He is accountable for the overall Technology provision across these markets, including the coordination of digital transformation initiatives that deliver innovative IT solutions to enable the business to meet its goals and better serve its clients.

Jeremy brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, specializing in IT transformation, digital innovation, and operational efficiency. Before joining Cencora, he held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer at Unite Students, where he led the integration of a £1.2 billion acquisition and implemented a cloud-first IT strategy that modernized legacy systems. His efforts contributed to a 7% margin increase through enhanced digital platforms and improved customer experience.

Jeremy also spent over a decade at Mitie, progressing to Group IT Director. During his tenure, he led the design and execution of a comprehensive IT transformation program, including the development of Mitie’s market-leading management information platform, MiWorld. This platform became a key differentiator in the market, generating significant revenue and enabling smarter decision-making for clients.
