Chris Williams is the Senior Vice President and International Managing Director of Alloga Europe and ICS. With more than 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, Chris has spent 16 years with the organization, beginning in 2009 as Managing Director of Alloga UK.

In his current role, Chris leads efforts to build and implement strategies that leverage the unique skills and capabilities of Alloga and ICS across Europe and the U.S. His vision is to create an unrivaled third-party logistics (3PL) network that drives customer satisfaction and fosters sustainable growth. He is also focused on uniting the strengths of Alloga and ICS with the talents of World Courier and Alliance Healthcare, creating a business greater than the sum of its parts.

Chris began his career in logistics with a summer job at Amstrad, where he worked in various logistics roles for over a decade. He then joined Exel’s European operations, which later became DHL, where he led their healthcare business for 15 years. His extensive experience across all levels of the medical supply chain, from frontline operations to senior management, has shaped his passion for healthcare logistics and his commitment to operational excellence.

A strong advocate for customer focus, Chris believes that prioritizing customer satisfaction drives success for all stakeholders. He emphasizes the critical role Alloga plays in the distribution of life-saving medicines, ensuring that the organization continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
