Albert Cooksey is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of 3PL Services for ICS, a Cencora company. In this role, Albert oversees the strategic and operational management of the ICS business, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers launching commercial medications, including advanced therapies such as cell and gene treatments. He provides expert consultation throughout the sales process and ensures that business development activities, including RFPs, align with the unique needs of each pharmaceutical manufacturer. Additionally, Albert collaborates with existing clients to design logistics solutions and facilitate the seamless introduction of new products into the ICS 3PL support model.

With extensive experience in supply chain and distribution management, Albert has been instrumental in supporting the successful launch of numerous pharmaceutical products. His deep industry expertise positions him as a trusted partner to pharmaceutical manufacturers navigating the complexities of commercialization and logistics.

Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Agri-Economics from Texas A&M University, where he graduated in 1996. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and delivering tailored solutions that drive success for clients and the patients they serve.
