In certain circumstances, Cencora is required to collect prescription-level data from current and prospective customers to fulfill its due diligence protocols and satisfy various legal and regulatory obligations. Cencora is committed to making this a seamless and efficient process for its customers, and is ready to assist its customers in the completion of that process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Cencora is required to collect PCD at time of customer onboarding and to fulfill various due diligence processes and requirements for existing customers.
Cencora uses PCD to evaluate the full picture of a pharmacy’s dispensing practices and identify and mitigate potential risk.
Pharmacies should contact their Pharmacy Management System (PMS) vendor to determine if they have a Cencora Pharmacy Customer Data report template. Click on "Learn more about PCD" above to understand the different options for generating and providing the requested data, even if your PMS vendor does not have an established template.
Cencora will not be able to complete the required due diligence for a pharmacy if they fail to provide pharmacy customer data. As a result, Cencora will not be able to distribute controlled substances to that customer.
