Introducing an awareness campaign, career counseling, and professional training for 613 employees in the pharmaceutical sector in the Bucharest-Ilfov region over 36 months to enhance their skills in response to technological changes and labor market demands.

Goals of Step UP
The purpose of the project is to implement a set of awareness, counseling, and professional training measures for 613 employees from private enterprises in the pharmaceutical sector in the more developed Bucharest-Ilfov region, over a period of 36 months, to update/develop the specific skills of employees in order to keep pace with technological changes in the workplace and the emergence of new skills relevant to the labor market.
Boost awareness
Increasing the awareness of at least 700 employees, from independent pharmacy employers, regarding the importance of participating in CPD courses, through a specific Campaign (online and offline) carried out for 34 months at the level of the more developed region, in order to select at least 613 target group employees.
Modernize training programs
Increase the relevance of professional training programs for career development, in relation to the emergence of new skills in the labor market, by conducting personalized career counseling sessions for the 613 employees over 36 months.
Upskill the workforce
Support skill updates for 613 employees, including managers, through 36 months of training courses to address rapid technological changes in the labor market.

Benefits of the project

- Free career counseling sessions allow you to explore available career options, in order to maximize your professional potential;
- All courses are free and meet current labor market requirements;
- Graduates of the "Natural Products Seller" course obtain a nationally recognized qualification certificate valid throughout life, and graduates of specific courses obtain a graduation certificate recognized at the economic operator level;
- Graduates of the "Natural Products Seller" course benefit from a subsidy of 1,800.00 lei.
- The courses are conducted in a dynamic format, adapted to the employees' work schedule;
- Free post-training support (follow-up) is provided to monitor how new skills are integrated and applied in current work.
The target group of the project consists of 613 employees (including those in management positions) aged between 18 and 64 years, residing in the implementation region Bucharest-Ilfov, and employed under individual labor contracts (full-time or part-time).
