Our partner expectations
To become a partner, we have certain requirements. All suppliers must have a signed agreement and follow our Ethical Requirements . These requirements are designed to establish product safety, regulatory compliance, and ethical business conduct throughout the supply chain. All suppliers must be able to demonstrate the following:
Regulatory
- Full adherence to applicable Norwegian and EU laws and regulations, including pharmaceutical and healthcare standards.
- Compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and other relevant industry guidelines.
- Up-to-date licenses and certifications are required for the distribution or production of healthcare products.
Quality and Documentation
- Clear and verifiable documentation supporting all product claims, including clinical data, where applicable.
- Robust quality assurance systems, including batch control, product testing, and recall procedures.
Sustainability and Transparency
- Policies and procedures in place to prevent corruption, discrimination, and exploitation in the supply chain.
