Goals of Project MOVE

The purpose of the project is to implement a set of awareness, counseling, and professional training measures for 613 employees from private companies in the pharmaceutical sector, across the 7 less developed regions, over a period of 36 months. Thus, the aim is to update/develop the specific skills of employees to keep pace with technological changes in the workplace and the emergence of new skills relevant to the labor market. Specifically, the project seeks to:

Boost awareness

Increase awareness among 700 employees from independent pharmacies about the importance of professional training through a 34-month campaign in seven regions.

Modernize training programs

Increase the relevance of professional training programs for career development, in relation to the emergence of new skills in the labor market, by conducting personalized career counseling sessions for the 613 employees over 34 months.

Upskill the workforce

Support skill updates for 613 employees, including managers, through 34 months of training courses to address rapid technological changes in the labor market.

Benefits of the project

  • Free career counseling sessions allow for exploration of available career options, aimed at maximizing potential in the professional field.
  • All courses are free and meet the current demands of the labor market.
  • Graduates of the "Natural Products Salesperson" course receive a nationally recognized qualification certificate valid for a lifetime, while graduates of specific courses receive a completion certificate recognized by the economic operator.
  • Courses are conducted in a dynamic format, adapted to employees' work schedules.
  • Free post-training support (follow-up) is provided to monitor how the new skills are integrated and applied in current activities.

The project is aimed at employees aged 18 to 64 years, who have their residence anywhere in the country, except for the Bucharest-Ilfov region.
