High‑capacity, multi‑warehouse infrastructure: With a footprint that spans 1,703,000 square feet of warehouse space we support a wide range of product types, providing capacity for 292,200 pallets at +15°C to +25°C, 11,200 pallets at +2°C to +8°C, 4,990 controlled drug pallet spaces, 1,950 aerosol pallet spaces, 300 hazardous product pallets, and 30 pallets at −20°C. This scale enables manufacturers to consolidate operations while maintaining flexibility as portfolios evolve.
Order fulfillment and value‑added services : Our UK 3PL services include full order‑to‑cash, comprehensive pick and pack operations, GMP secondary repacking, customer service, and returns, recall, and destruction management. These modular services allow manufacturers to outsource complexity while retaining control where desired.
Clinical and commercial support: We provide clinical trials storage and management alongside commercial distribution capabilities, enabling seamless transitions across development stages within a single, trusted logistics partner.
Regulatory compliance and quality assurance : Our UK facilities operate under a rigorous compliance framework, holding certifications and licenses including GDP, GMP, WDA (H), WDA (V), MIA, manufacturing authorization for co‑pack, and ISO standards covering quality management, environmental management, and business continuity. Additional accreditations include TAPA, Investors In People Gold Standard, supported by dedicated teams.
