Carole Nyer
Carole Nyer is the Managing Director of Alloga Spain, a vital part of Cencora’s global healthcare solutions network. Based in Madrid, Carole leads Alloga in Spain with a focus on driving transformational change, empowering teams, and delivering innovative logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Her leadership is centered on optimizing operations, fostering talent development, and implementing strategies that ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
With over 29 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, and leadership, Carole has built a distinguished career across multinational and multicultural environments. Prior to joining Alloga, she held several senior leadership roles at global companies, including Johnson & Johnson, where she served as DePuy Synthes Country Lead for Spain. In this role, she managed a team of over 130 employees, oversaw full profit and loss responsibilities, and led the holistic transformation of the franchise, preparing the organization for the launch of digital surgery.
Carole’s expertise extends to supply chain optimization, having served as Supply Chain Director for Johnson & Johnson in Spain, where she created an end-to-end supply chain to support profitable growth. She also held multiple leadership roles at L’Oréal, including Supply Chain Director for the Consumer Product Division in Spain, where she spearheaded customer-centric initiatives, optimized logistics models, and implemented collaborative programs with retailers.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Carole is an advocate for inclusion and has served as Chapter Lead of Women Leadership & Inclusion for seven years. She is also an adjunct professor of operations and supply chain management at EAE Business School and IE Business School, where she shares her knowledge and experience with the next generation of leaders.
Carole holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from the European Business Program and a baccalauréat from Lycée Français de Madrid. Her skills in strategic thinking, supply chain management, and talent development have established her as a transformational leader in the healthcare logistics sector.
