Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Eva Boratto is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Cencora, Inc. As a member of the enterprise leadership team, she leads the company’s finance organization and is the driving force behind Cencora’s data-driven financial strategy and long-term growth, productivity priorities, and capital allocation decisions.
Eva has more than three decades of financial and operational leadership experience across public and private companies in the healthcare and specialty retail sectors. She brings deep experience helping organizations navigate change, improve performance, and maintain financial discipline.
Prior to joining Cencora in 2026, Eva served as CFO for Bath & Body Works, where she shaped the company's financial direction, delivering significant operational efficiencies. She previously spent 12 years at CVS Health, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President and CFO, helping guide the company through a period of strategic transformation and expansion. Earlier in her career, she spent 20 years at Merck & Co., Inc., holding several leadership roles across finance and investor relations.
Eva serves on the board of Mars, Inc., where she is Chair of the Audit Committee, and previously served on the board of United Parcel Service, Inc. as the Chair of the Audit Committee.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University.
