Vicki brings over a decade of HR leadership experience within the organisation. Since joining Alliance Healthcare UK in 2015 as an HR Business Partner, she has progressed through a number of senior HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner, before being appointed Human Resources Director in December 2025. Throughout her career, Vicki has played a key leadership role in delivering strategic people initiatives and transformation programmes. Passionate about people, culture and organisational effectiveness, she partners with business leaders to develop high-performing teams and create an environment where colleagues can thrive and achieve their full potential.
