Naše vzdělávací iniciativy MOVE / kód SMIS 308938 a projekt Step UP / kód SMIS 300710 si kladou za cíl poskytnout osvětu, poradenství a odborné školení pro 613 zaměstnanců ve farmaceutickém sektoru v celém Rumunsku po dobu 36 měsíců. Programy se zaměřují na posilování a rozšiřování dovedností zaměstnanců, aby udrželi krok s technologickým vývojem a vznikajícími požadavky trhu práce, a tím si udrželi konkurenceschopnost a schopnost obstát v neustále se vyvíjejícím pracovním prostředí.
