Internal Reporting System of Alliance Healthcare s.r.o. for the Czech Republic

Alliance Healthcare s.r.o., with its registered office at Podle Trati 624/7, 108 00 Prague 10, ID No.: 14707420, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 87837 (hereinafter referred to as "AH"), as an obligated entity, hereby informs in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Sb., on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended, that it has established an internal reporting system intended for employees of AH and individuals who became aware of unlawful conduct in connection with their work or other professional activities at AH under the conditions stated below (hereinafter referred to as "IRS").

The whistleblower, considering the circumstances and information available at the time of reporting, should be convinced that the facts they are reporting or disclosing are authentic and true. Therefore, it is not permissible to report knowingly false information. Such actions do not enjoy legal protection and may also be sanctioned according to applicable legal regulations.

A whistleblower who has submitted a report through the IRS is entitled, under the conditions per applicable legal regulations, to protection against any retaliatory measures.
AH has designated relevant persons to receive and process reports through the IRS, specifying what unlawful acts can be reported here:

Reports through the IRS can be submitted to the relevant persons at AH in the following ways:

  1. Electronically to the email address: vnitrnioznamovacisystem@a-h.cz, which AH has established exclusively for receiving reports through the IRS.
  2. In writing by mail to:

  3. By phone at: +420 296 567 261 during regular working hours.
    The phone call will be recorded; if you do not agree to the audio recording, AH will provide a transcript of the call. The whistleblower will always have the opportunity to comment on the recording or transcript of the audio recording.
  4. In person
    The whistleblower can arrange a personal meeting with the relevant person at AH at its headquarters by calling +420 296 567 261 during regular working hours or sending an email to vnitrnioznamovacisystem@a-h.cz.

Reports through the IRS cannot be submitted anonymously but must always include the identity of the whistleblower under the conditions per applicable legal regulations.

Reports through the IRS can only be made by individuals performing work or similar activities for AH (i.e., individuals in an employment relationship, job applicants, interns, volunteers, etc.), and the possibility of submitting reports through the IRS is excluded for contractual partners and service providers of AH, including their representatives or employees.


If AH is aware of the identity of the whistleblower in the reports through the IRS according to applicable legal regulations, it will inform the whistleblower about the acceptance of the report and the measures taken in the manner and within the timeframes specified by applicable legal regulations. If the submitted report is assessed by AH as unfounded or based on false information, the whistleblower will also be informed of this fact and will be advised on the possibility of reporting to a public authority.


The relevant persons at AH maintain confidentiality about all information stated in reports through the IRS, as well as about the identity of the whistleblower and all other facts and information under the conditions specified by applicable legal regulations.

The whistleblower has the option to submit their report through the IRS. If the whistleblower believes that the IRS is untrustworthy, they have the option to submit their report to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic or, upon fulfilling the conditions set by applicable legal regulations, to publish the report.
