  • State-of-the-art warehousing: Our facilities in Germany provide 30,600 square meters of storage space, including capacity for 34,750 pallets at +15°C to +25°C, 1,950 pallets at +2°C to +8°C, 1,100 controlled drugs pallets, and capabilities for liquid nitrogen storage at -196°C.
  • Specialty and cold chain logistics: From ambient to liquid nitrogen storage, we provide tailored solutions for temperature-sensitive products and controlled drugs.
  • Order fulfillment & value-added-services: We offer full order-to-cash and comprehensive pick & pack services, secondary packaging, order management and returns handling, display kitting, as well as customer service support—enabling manufacturers to solely focus on their core business growth.
  • Shipment consolidation: Where suitable, we bundle veterinary products from multiple manufacturers into a single consolidated shipment to reduce transport costs, lower emissions, minimize packaging material and preserve valuable resources.
  • Regulatory compliance: All German facilities are certified to good distribution practice (GDP), good manufacturing practice (GMP), and are regularly inspected by German health authorities. A dedicated quality team ensures full documentation, validation, complaint handling, and audit support.
